Return & Exchange Policy

How to return a product:

  • In case your product is damaged in transit, you can drop us an email at info with the image of your product and your order details (order no. etc).
  • Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once your return request is approved you can send us the parcel.
  • Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
  • Return shipping charges have to be borne by the buyer.

Return Exceptions:

Banzara market does not accept returns on the following:

  • Preordered or Customised Jewelry
  • Nose pins
  • Afghani Jewelry
  • Jewelry on Offer
  • In case, you inform us about the return after 24 hours of receiving it, we will not be able to accept the return request.
  • The product should be in its original condition along with the tags and the packaging, it will not be returned in case of missing tags.

Refunds :

  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
  • The refund amount is given to you in the form of a coupon that you can avail of to buy any other product from the website.

Cancellation Policy:

Please consider the following points in case you decide to cancel your order with us:

  • As a normal order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, we only process cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the product is dispatched, we will not be able to process any cancellations.
