How to return a product:
- In case your product is damaged in transit, you can drop us an email at info @banzaramarket.com with the image of your product and your order details (order no. etc).
- Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once your return request is approved you can send us the parcel.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Return shipping charges have to be borne by the buyer.
Banzara market does not accept returns on the following:
- Preordered or Customised Jewelry
- Nose pins
- Afghani Jewelry
- Jewelry on Offer
- In case, you inform us about the return after 24 hours of receiving it, we will not be able to accept the return request.
- The product should be in its original condition along with the tags and the packaging, it will not be returned in case of missing tags.
- We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
- The refund amount is given to you in the form of a coupon that you can avail of to buy any other product from the website.
Please consider the following points in case you decide to cancel your order with us:
- As a normal order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, we only process cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product is dispatched, we will not be able to process any cancellations.
